• If you do not have health insurance or wish to pay on your own, my rate varies between $150 and $200 per hour. Please know that I currently have several sliding scale fee spots open, and I will do my best to accommodate your financial situation.

• If I am not in-network with your insurance provider, I am glad to provide you with a superbill to submit to your health insurance provider to claim reimbursement.
